Habitat for Humanity of the New River Valley has welcomed a number of new board members over the last several months.  Each brings a wealth of diverse experience and knowledge to our board.  Blair Woods, is a lawyer with Creekmore Law. Since joining the board has volunteered her time to the Finance Committee and to a Nomination Committee.  Tom Sherman, a former councilman for Blacksburg has experience in affordable housing and serves on the affiliate's Family selection committee.  Mike Bircher, a former land planing official adds his experience to the Building Committee while Gretchan Willard (our newest Board member)  has experience working with Habitat in other states.   See our full list of Board Members  and think about lending your knowledge and insight to helping Habitat for Humanity  to strengthen local communities.
